Baking Classes & Parties

I love cakes, and I also love to teach!   ​I worked as a baking instructor for Squires Kitchen International School, have regularly contributed to Cakes & Sugarcraft Magazine and worked as a presenter on Cake Craft TV.

I now run individual and small group classes from my kitchen in Sevenoaks, or at local venues across Kent.  Classes are a great way of building your confidence in cake decorating, and I can tailor the class to your skill level,  from baking to piping skills.  I provide all ingredients and materials , and plenty of tea and cake!  You will leave with new skills, and your own masterpiece to share with friends and family.

I also offer Baking and Decorating Parties for both children and adults! I come to your venue with everything needed for a fun, hands on cake experience. This is so much fun and I highly recommend The Den, Sevenoaks for venue hire or The Bat & Ball Centre.
