In 2008 I was living in California and planning my wedding. I loved seeing the creativity that went into wedding cakes, and I knew I wanted a future in all things cake!
I enrolled in Pastry School in San Francisco, and interned at Chez Panisse, Berkeley. I went on to work as a Pastry Chef at a French Patisserie surrounded by delicious pastries and beautiful Cakes. Following a move back to the UK and becoming a Mum, I set up a home bakery in 2016 making delicious cakes, royal icing biscuits and teaching others how to bake.
