In 2008 I was living in California and planning my wedding.   I loved seeing the creativity that went into wedding cakes, and it was that moment that I knew I wanted a future in baking. 

I enrolled in a Pastry School in San Francisco, and interned at Chez Panisse, Berkeley.  I went on to work as a Pastry Chef at a French Patisserie in Lafayette, CA surrounded by delicious pastries and beautiful Cakes. 

In 2016, following a move back to the UK, I set up a home bakery in Sevenoaks, Kent, making delicious cakes and hand decorated iced biscuits.     I love teaching others how to bake and in 2019 I joined the Squires Kitchen International School as a Tutor.
